Madelyn Stazzone, MD
Dr. Madelyn M. Stazzone is Co-Founder of Pediatric Orthopedic Project, Inc. and also serves as its President and Executive Director. Dr. Stazzone is also a Pediatric Radiologist. As the President and ED, Dr. Stazzone provides the strategic vision and daily management for the entire organization. She led the development of POP’s model and continues to ensure the quality of our programs today. Dr. Stazzone also leads all mission trips and educational seminars for nurses and ancillary medical staff.
Dr. Madelyn Stazzone is known for her passion and persistence. It is with her dedication and vision that the organization flourishes and touches the lives of many.

Enrico Stazzone, MD
Dr. Enrico J. Stazzone is a Co-Founder of the Pediatric Orthopedic Project, Inc. and serves as its Vice-President and Lead Orthopedic Surgeon on each mission trip. As the Vice-President, Dr. Stazzone provides the pediatric orthopedic care vision for POP’s surgical mission trips.
Dr. Stazzone is a pediatric orthopedic surgeon who leads of all orthopedic efforts. He also leads education efforts of local Dominican spine surgeons. An expert in his field, Dr. Stazzone believes in sharing his knowledge with others. He has dedicated his professional career to providing excellent pediatric orthopedic care with grace, dignity and compassion for the children and families entrusted to his care.

Lindsay Gergely
Lindsay Gergely brings nearly 20 years of proven and innovative sales experience to Pop! She’s currently a Senior Sales Territory Manager for Rapp Medical Systems Inc. for the last 15 years representing DonJoy Orthopedics (and previously Medtronic Cranial and Spinal Technologies). She’s currently Vice President of Lakeland Christian Academy School Board and has responsibility for leading their multi-million dollar campaign. She also serves on the Fund Development Committee for Kosciusko County CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates). With 4 little girls of her own, she and her husband are both passionate about helping and investing in the lives of children. She’s most excited to continue raising awareness and support for the work being done to transform the lives of children in the developing world.

Iohan Fernandez, MD (Advisory Board)
Dr. Iohan Fernandez is one of two spine surgeons whose request for help resulted in the birth of POP. Dr. Fernandez has spent his entire career helping those most in need in his country and is an excellent surgeon in his own right. He is now known as one of the top scoliosis surgeons in his country. Most importantly, he is also the father of the 5-year-old boy after which our New Neurosurgical Program is named.

Jaime Fernandez (Advisory Board)
Jamie Fernandez, Dr. Iohan Fernandez’s wife, has 23 years’ experience in business administration & digital marketing. With a master's degrees in business management, she will be using her skills to head fundraising efforts of POP’s Neurosurgical Program established in memory of her 5-year-old boy who passed away unexpectedly from a ruptured aneurysm last year.

Richard B Rodgers, MD (Advisory Board)
Dr. Richard B Rodgers is the lead surgeon of the Iohan Saul Neurosurgical Initiative. He is a Neurosurgeon at Goodman Campbell Brain & Spine in Carmel, IN who treats spine and cranial conditions and specializes in trauma surgery and management. He serves on the executive committee for the Joint Section on Neurotrauma and Critical Care. He has been a medical officer of the National Medical Disaster System since 2012.
